  • Ecosystem Partner Strategy, Identification & Exploration :

  • Spearhead the strategic identification and assessment potential ecosystem partners that align with EIP’s priorities and strategic goals.
  • Evaluate the viability and value of potential partners based on what capabilities they can offer (e.g. bespoke technology, market position, reach, strategic fit).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners.
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to influence partnership priorities and ensure alignment with enterprise innovation objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement & Ecosystem Management :

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies for engaging and onboarding new ecosystem partners.
  • Primary point of contact for partners.
  • Understand partners' objectives and identify opportunities for mutual collaboration and value creation.
  • Drive performance monitoring and insight generation for strategic partnerships, ensuring data driven decisions and sustained ecosystem advancement.
  • Strategic Co-creation & Program Development :

  • Lead the strategic definition and alignment of program objectives, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring programs directly contribute to EIP’s innovation and business transformation goals.
  • Drive collaboration with ecosystem partners, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to co create and execute flagship events, workshops, hackathons, pilot programs, and other transformative initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution and delivery of transformative events and programs.
  • Ensure alignment of partner programs with the overall innovation strategy of the telco.
  • Ensure programs align with AIP commitment and deliver on the MyDigital agenda.
  • Leadership & Team Management :

  • Establish, lead, and manage a high-performing team to support ecosystem development, partner engagement, and program delivery.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure effective execution across all ecosystem functions.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and responsibility through an agile, team-oriented environment.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of ecosystem initiatives. About You
  • More than 15 years’ related experience.
  • Strong background in leading and guiding teams across multiple functions.
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, alliance management, or ecosystem development roles within tech and / or telco.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships with external organisations.
  • Experience in driving events, programs, and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including startups, technology vendors, and research institutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand the broader business context of partners and EIP, and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to plan, execute, and track partner programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and persuade partners to collaborate.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build connections across partnership ecosystem.
