Junior Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Junior Sales Associate . In this role, you’ll represent our brand directly to customers, build strong connections, and deliver engaging product presentations to drive sales and brand awareness. You’ll be the face of the company — creating memorable experiences and helping customers discover our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through direct, face‑to‑face interactions at various locations (roadshows, events, retail spaces, or door‑to‑door campaigns).
  • Promote and present products or services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and results‑driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work on‑site, travel, or attend outdoor events as required.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
