The role involves developing and executing key sales growth strategies and action plans to meet strategic business objectives. This includes active participation in shaping company direction, building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving financial and sales targets. This role will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor and reporting to Managing Director.

  • Participate and contribute in the Local Management Team to help define and implement the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies and action plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Build, lead, and support high-performing teams by promoting personal and professional development in line with company values (The Penguin Spirit).
  • Structure and manage the team using tools like yPOD / KIT to ensure efficient delegation, cost-effectiveness, and clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Specifications, and Customer Service to to ensure operational efficiency and achieving financial targets.
  • Regularly engage with management teams and key stakeholders to review business performance and provide direction and support.
  • Monitor and maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) through effective credit control and strong payment collection mechanisms.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of sales experience in similar industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
