This job position is for DRAGONFLY THE LEADERS ECO MAJESTIC BRANCH .

Role Overview :

The principal is responsible for leading and managing the preschool, upholding high standards in education, safety, staff development, and parent relations. The role ensures the school’s growth, cultivates a positive culture, and provides a safe, supportive environment where every child can thrive.

What You’ll Do

Manage enrolment to meet sales and retention goals.

Build a supportive team culture that is positive and enjoyable.

Lead staff onboarding, training, and mentorship to build a capable and motivated team.

Develop plans to retain and grow qualified talent.

Build trust with parents, address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Maintain strong communication between parents and coaches.

Monitor and uphold students’ academic performance.

Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and curriculum delivery.

Plan and run school events to strengthen parent and coach engagement.

Develop growth strategies and track school performance.

Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within early childhood education.

Experience in team development, parent engagement and event planning.

Strong leadership skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Good time management and ability to multitask.

Strong observation and self‑reflection skills.

Effective task execution and follow‑through skills.

Can handle stress and remain emotionally stable.

High sense of responsibility, dedication to the education profession and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
