Job Description
- Support Account department on accounting tasks.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly and address urgent queries immediately.
- Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables, and exchange orders.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including bank deposit recordings and cash postings.
- Handle refund payments, company expenses, and supplier/vendor payments.
- Accurately and efficiently enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable, maintaining proper records and follow-ups.
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and processing vendor invoices.
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Reconcile bank statements and other reports.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the travel industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting entries and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and be a fast learner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
