Job Description

• Support Account department on accounting tasks.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly and address urgent queries immediately.
• Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables, and exchange orders.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including bank deposit recordings and cash postings.
• Handle refund payments, company expenses, and supplier / vendor payments.
• Accurately and efficiently enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable, maintaining proper records and follow-ups.
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and processing vendor invoices.
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Reconcile bank statements and other reports.
