Your Role
Report to Commercial Head Surface Solutions, Asia
Lead and manage sales activities of Surface Solution for SEAT through Sales Managers & direct individual contributor responsibility of channel management. Also manage Customer excellence team for SEA directly.
Support the acquisition of the Surface Solutions business by Global New Material International (GNMI)
Design, develop, execute Channel Management Business plan with accountability on Sales, Contribution Margin, expense control; drive growth & sales performance and deliver on targets
Lead Sales & Cost management by optimizing resource allocation and priorities to maximize profitability.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for segments & AM, regions and territories, projecting expected revenue & volume meeting the contribution margins
Lead the whole sales cycle from lead to cash for the region
Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, consolidate the VOC and bring back to marketing into actionable items
Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships including distributor management, collaboration between sales and marketing by fostering a culture ofprocess improvement
Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys, develop & execute strategy aligning with regional and global strategies
Strong collaboration with regional marketing and customer excellence
Who You Are
Masters or bachelor’s in engineering / technology & Business Administration
More than 15+ years’ experience in leading Sales Organization of revenue
A clear growth mind-set leader established, agile & display transparency in attitude & behavior
Highly assertive personality to take SEA & Channel management into a leapfrog growth mode.
Leadership & man management roles in Sales & marketing preferably in Automotive / cosmetics industries and / or FMCG segment.
Leadership roles in SEA countries and essentially management of distributors
