Basic Qualifications / Skills / Abilities required :

Principal Duties / Responsibilities / Authority :

Looking for candidates who expert and knowledgeable with CNC turning Auto Lathe Machine and Milling.

Responsibilities

Able to operate, install, set-up, repair, troubleshoot and modify assigned machines and necessary tools.

Able to do CNC auto lathe and Milling programming.

To transfer the knowledge of handling, operating and maintenance to operators / trainee technician.

To supervise and guide the assigned group of technicians and operators on technical issues.

To implement new development / improvement of machining, tooling, cycle time and other related production needs.

Able to operate CNC swiss type machine.

To collaborate with Superior for planning of output, reduction of rejects and improvement of processes.

To follow up on InfoProd overview, order forms priorities are followed.

To supervise the group leader and ensure discipline and ethics are followed.

To achieve the target set for quality and quantity and participate in Quality Improvement Circle (Corrective and Preventive Action Plan).

To ensure the working instruction under DH369 and Dh370 is executed for all article.
