Job Description

Lead the monthly forecasting and budget planning process, including S&OP meetings and business performance reviews.

Deliver financial insights and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Enhance process efficiency through automation and up-to-date documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Produce timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, cash flow, quarterly performance reports).

Work closely with commercial, corporate, and shared services teams to drive operational improvements.

Support system utilization and reporting enhancements using platforms such as SAP and BI tools.

Oversee financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.

Support SOx compliance, internal control testing, and risk assessment exercises.

Address audit queries (internal, external, tax, customs) and support documentation compliance.

Manage internal controls, ensuring timely resolution of reconciliations and potential financial risks.

Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts; analyze trends and key liquidity metrics.

Work to improve working capital through effective AR and payment term management.

Oversee banking relationships, investment activities, and financing strategies to support liquidity needs.

Identify and mitigate cash flow risks including FX, tax, and credit exposures.

Drive initiatives for system improvement and efficiency in treasury and cash operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are highly valued.

Min 3 years (Assistant Manager) or Min 7 years (Manager) of progressive experience in corporate finance, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment.

Strong command of financial systems such as SAP, BI / BPC, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Open for canddiates with Big 4 background or those with strong experience in costing , full set of accounts , and drafting full P&L statements
