This job is for an Audit Associate / Senior Associate. You might like this job because you'll lead auditing projects independently and collaborate closely with clients and authorities.

Job Description

  • To handle full statutory auditing and accounting assignments independently.
  • Participate in client assignments from beginning to end including undertaking audit planning and field work with minimal guidance and ensure well-documented audit work papers to support audit conclusions and results.
  • Assist Senior in preparing audit schedules and audit procedures.
  • Prepare draft tax computations and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities.
  • Follow up on any outstanding issues and letters from clients.
  • Liaise with the company secretary, tax agents, and other authorities to obtain statutory information required during the audit.
  • Undertake other assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or professional accounting qualification such as CPA / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / ICAEW.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting standards, tax laws and filing procedures.
  • Proficient in mathematics with a keen eye for numerical inaccuracies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and dependability.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Open to fresh graduates.
