Responsibilities

• Operational activities which include fixed asset and general accounting master data maintenance and transactional processing.
• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare entity level and group consolidated management reports, including preliminary results, entity level management reporting pack, and group level management reporting pack for corporate submission, with reconciliations and analyses.
• Support the budget control processes for the business group.
• Perform entity level and group consolidated statutory accounts by executing consolidation tasks in the consolidation system, perform statutory consolidation entries based on Business Groups inputs in compliance with Group Reporting statutory requirements, and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Act as system controller and maintain consolidation master data, consolidation settings, and posting validation according to Business Groups statutory / management requirements.
• Perform analytical reviews of Interco analysis, consolidated financial statements, and reporting.
• Support yearly group audit and address audit queries as needed.
• Support analysis and ad-hoc requests from the business group as necessary.
• Support regular updates of financial accounting, group consolidation, and reporting systems to ensure master data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and statutory requirements.
