Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Innity is a digital marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. Innity’s solutions provide a combination of creative advertising, content and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for managing full spectrum of HR including strategic HR initiatives and HR operations for all Innity subsidiaries in SEA regions, and supervising local Malaysia office administration matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership : Oversee the SEA HR teams across the following countries : Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives across SEA regions, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention in digital media & advertising environments.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding : Drive recruitment efforts and employer branding activities, especially in digital advertising and operational roles. Implement talent management frameworks to develop and retain high-potential employees.
  • Performance Management : Oversee performance reviews, setting KPIs aligned with the company's goals. Conduct regular performance coaching and feedback to line managers and employees.
  • Employee Relations : Act as the go-to HR advisor on employee relations, resolving conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Policies : Ensure HR policies and procedures are fully compliant with local labor laws across multiple countries. Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with Group’s business strategies.
  • Training & Development : Design and lead training initiatives, focusing on skills enhancement in digital advertising and leadership development.
  • Compensation & Benefits & HR Operation : Manage compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness in line with market standards, particularly within the Digital Media & Advertising sector. Oversee HR operations including employee insurances and payroll management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures, and ensure that all HR processes and procedures meet audit standards and compliance. Collaborate with management to identify and provide recommendations for addressing HR-related matters, including problem areas, improvements, and opportunities.
  • Office Administration : Oversee office administration and facilities maintenance, including licenses, utilities, security, insurances, procurement of office supplies, and product delivery and dispatch.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills / Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably with regional HR management experience.
  • Regional Expertise : Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries in the SEA region is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
