Performance Marketing Executive - Remote

We are seeking a stellar senior performance marketing account executive to execute Google and Social Media (Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn) ad campaigns.

Your roles and responsibilities :

You will work closely with our account executives to ensure the long-term retention of clients
You will be strategising and executing (hands-on) Google ads and social media ads for clients
You will conduct secondary keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to develop campaign tactics.
You will write, test, and refine compelling ad copy to ensure relevance and drive performance.
You will manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure accurate pacing and adherence to the client\'s monthly allocation.
You will analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and clear, actionable recommendations.
You will provide data-driven narratives and performance analysis to support strategic client conversations
You will never be alone - work with a passionate team to build high-performing digital marketing campaigns

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.

At least 2 Years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, such as Google or Social media ads

Knowledge and understanding of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate across paid media disciplines and departments.

Track record of successful experience working on actual paid media campaigns

Agency experience is a must

Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills, and strong Excel skills.

Strong organisational skills and project management ability
