We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources and administrative functions. This role will focus on managing end-to-end payroll processes, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws, and providing administrative support in areas such as onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal data, banking info, leave, and attendance.
- Handle staff onboarding and exit procedures.
- Support periodic staff performance reviews.
- Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance, including ISO documentation and workplace safety standards.
- Process and handle employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claims.
- Prepare monthly Human Resource reports for management.
Job Requirements
3 years of relevant Human Resource experience.Bachelor’s Degree.Strong understanding of Human Resource functions, local labour laws and statutory requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.Prior experience in Human Resource management systems.Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.Job Type
