Account Director – Inside Sales

Are you passionate about driving large-scale inside sales programs for global technology clients? We’re looking for an Account Director – Inside Sales to lead strategic programs across the SEA region , working with enterprise clients in the ERP ecosystem .

In this role, you’ll :

  • Lead and grow key client relationships across enterprise and SME segments.
  • Drive end-to-end inside sales operations – from lead generation to revenue acceleration.
  • Manage P&L ownership while ensuring delivery excellence and measurable ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high‑performing inside sales team.
  • Partner with clients to solve business challenges through tailored sales enablement solutions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • ✅ 8–10 years of experience in Inside Sales, Program Management, or Client Leadership.
  • ✅ Proven success managing large‑scale inside sales or enablement programs for ERP / Technology clients.
  • ✅ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • ✅ Background in B2B, Software, or IT Services.
  • ✅ Based in Malaysia or open to relocate.
