Our client is seeking a Head to lead the establishment and growth of a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Kuala Lumpur. This center will serve as a strategic hub for delivering high-quality business and IT services to various corporate divisions across the Asia Pacific region, excluding China. The role is crucial in shaping the future of shared services for countries such as Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Malaysia. The Managing Director will be responsible for building the organization from the ground up, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring alignment with global strategy and governance. MYR480,000.00 / yr - MYR600,000.00 / yr

What you will Do

Establish and lead the GBS in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with global policies

Build and manage a high-performing team across IT, HR, Finance, and other business functions

Drive operational excellence and scalable service delivery to internal customers across APAC

Lead the ramp-up plan to reach 250 FTE by 2030

Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration

Your Skills

10-15 years of experience in shared services, operations, or business transformation roles

Proven ability to build and scale new functions or teams in a multinational environment

Strong understanding of corporate governance, policies, and compliance frameworks

Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to change and drive transformation

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and geographies
