Assistant Architect

Overview

We are representing our client, an interior design and construction firm based in Penang. Responsibilities

Design and prepare concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layout plans, and detailed drawings related to projects while meeting deadlines. Source material prices and prepare quotations. Coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project. Manage project timelines, work arrangements, and adhere to set deadlines. Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time. Qualifications

At least 3 years of working experience in a related field. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client expectations. A minimum of a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Architecture, or a related field. Preferably at the executive level in Architecture / Interior Design or a related field. Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a self-motivated attitude.
