As a Senior Associate - Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, you will help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT capabilities — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. As part of a high-performing team, you will deliver exceptional client service — providing insights on how technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, as well as how IT can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations.

EY is looking for a Senior Associate Business Analyst to support the team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the Insurance sector in the areas of :

  • Leverage information management and business intelligence to enhance decision-making in insurance operations.
  • Analyse and design tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of insurance applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows.
  • Play a key role in planning and executing technology initiatives that drive innovation in the insurance sector.
  • Work with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals in the insurance industry.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Gather and document business requirements to fully understand user needs.
  • Identify process improvements and create documentation : BRDs, functional specifications, use cases.
  • Work with IT teams to develop solutions that align with industry standards and meet business needs.
  • Create test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Act as the main communication link between business units and IT.

    • Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management / business analysis, in the insurance industry.
  • An effective communicator with strong people management skills.
  • Ability to own and drive issues with the project team.
