Overview

Develop and maintain an integrated content calendar for FB, IG, TikTok and XHS, aligning messaging, creative formats and posting cadence with campaign objectives. Research audience insights and platform trends, using findings to shape content themes that resonate with target segments and achieve measurable branding and marketing goals. Produce or coordinate compelling copy, visuals and short-form video; ensure brand consistency and platform best-practice across all touchpoints. Monitor channel health daily, respond to comments / DMs, escalate queries, and nurture online communities to strengthen brand sentiment. Track, analyze, and report performance against KPIs (reach, engagement rate, video retention, watch time, CPL, ROAS), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Brand, PR and Digital Marketing, and Marketing teams to align social campaigns with group campaigns, product launches, events and etc. Identify and negotiate with relevant agencies, influencers or creators; oversee briefing, content approval and performance evaluation. Experiment with emerging social formats and A / B tests to maximise organic reach and conversion. Ensures that all published content adheres to OSK’s brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and overall communications standards. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience managing branded social-media pages (FB, IG) and paid-media dashboards. Proven exposure to planning, shooting and editing short-form video, particularly for TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Rednote) is an advantage.
