Job Purpose : The Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point‑of‑contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position is mainly focused on the processing of PO requests from the Sales Order team and releasing the PO to various vendors.
Responsibilities
- Validate supporting documents and process Purchase Order requests based on vendors (line cards) and country requirements.
- Ensure required approvals are in place (GTC / ECCN / DPC / Credit Check).
- Clear the order requests queue within SLA.
- Submit PO request once a Purchase Requisition number is generated.
- Ensure release of completed PO to vendors within SLA.
- Follow up with vendors on order status and estimated time of arrival.
- Communicate vendor delivery requirements to the Logistics team.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Supply Chain or related field) preferred.Knowledge of SAP preferred.Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.Strong data entry skills.Basic mathematical calculation ability.Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.Clear communication and effective conveyance of information.Proficiency in English and the local language.Capability to interact effectively at all management levels.Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.Ability to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines.Independent work with minimal supervision.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.Builds solid, effective working relationships with others.Sensitiveness to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Quick learner of new systems and technology.Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and Excel.Key Skills
