Job Summary :

This role is required to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations. This role partners with stakeholders and Group HR on compliance, performance management, and engagement initiatives, while also supporting compensation and benefits matters.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full recruitment cycle : sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including fresh graduates and experienced hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and anticipate talent requirements.
  • Deliver a positive stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Provide reports and analytics on recruitment progress and risks.

2. HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding processes, orientation, and issuance of HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, etc.).
  • Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and offboarding.
  • Support professional bodies sponsorship programs and education support with bond.
  • Work together with Group HR on compliance, legal requirements, and HR policies.
  • Provide advisory support on day-to-day people management matters between staff and managers.
  • Assist in handling workplace cases, disciplinary matters, and counselling sessions (if needed).
  • 3. Talent Management & Employee Relations

  • Support the performance management process (PMP) and confirmation reviews.
  • Advise managers on people-related matters such as performance discussions and staff issues.
  • Contribute to compensation & benefits matters, including salary benchmarking and reviewing employee benefits packages.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Work with Group HR on joint activities such as employer branding, campus recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Senior-level HR Executive / HRBP with hands-on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Industry experience in professional services or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Multilingual skills with Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Will work closely with Group HR for compliance, advice, and joint activities such as campus recruitment and employer branding.
  • Scope may expand into advisory and consultancy support in the future.
