Finance Manager

Location : Hybrid (Kuala Lumpur office 2 days a week)

Interviews and shortlisting : WC 13th October 2025

Cognition Learning Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the finance function of the Group, focusing on timely preparation and consolidating financial reports, managing budgets / forecasts, and audit coordination.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of financial records, including invoice & payment processing, cash management, revenue recognition, etc.
• Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Manage the annual budget and forecasting process.
• Prepare and consolidate group management reports for board reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage internal and external audits.
