Senior Software Developer

Industry : Financial Technology

Location : MYEG Tower, Petaling Jaya

Working Arrangement : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) - fully in the office

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Participate in system architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead by example in coding standards, best practices, and software craftsmanship.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA to deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
• Take ownership of services and applications, making informed decisions quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by researching new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of system design, architecture, and key technical decisions.
• Act as a role model in fostering teamwork, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.

Candidate must have :
