Sales Consultant (Digital Ads Campaign)

Penerangan pekerjaanEngage and impact assigned customers through outbound and inbound calls, following training, standards, and company policies Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard, develop, and optimize advertiser campaigns Identify and understand customer needs and objectives to tailor solutions effectively Meet and exceed performance targets, including productivity, upsell, and customer impact metrics Independently manage daily activities based on customer priorities and incentive structures Optimize advertising campaign components, such as : Ad copy, Bid prices, Cost per conversation, Cost per click, Keyword research Support campaign strategy development, including keyword analysis and implementation Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement Monitor account budgets and maintain consistent client communication Leverage automation technology to enhance SEM efforts and campaign efficiency Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. 1–2 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year in an outbound sales role. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
