Senior QA Engineer

Bachelor Degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Sciences or equivalent.

Candidate must have 2‑4 years of experience in related field. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Job scope

• Handle and coordinate all QA issues and problem‑solving activities.
• Handle customers' complaints, support customer service, and maintain good relationships with the customers.
• Involved in internal QA process audits, ISO audits, product safety audits & external customer audits.
• Supervise QC Technicians and Inspectors on QA activities (inspection, repair machines & equipment calibration).
• Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for yield and productivity improvements.
• Process review & coordinate with related PIC to improve process.
• Set up new model inspection plan & perform reliability test.
• Coordinate new model process buy‑off and the validation of product quality.
• RoHS & REACH compliance verification.
• Ensure production follows UL, TUV & other product safety regulations.
