Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational functions in Malaysia. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of customer service, order fulfillment, and process optimization.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal sales team and external logistics partners to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including customer service, order processing, and logistics coordination, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage and continuously improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to monitor operational data, track performance, and ensure data integrity across business functions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare management reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment of processes and seamless communication.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives that support operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, safety, and quality standards.
