Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mixologist located in Penang. The Mixologist will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks. Daily tasks include engaging with guests to provide an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage safety regulations. Additionally, the Mixologist will be expected to contribute to menu development and participate in the training of junior staff.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage preparation and service
• Culinary Skills
• Experience in Training junior staff
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Certification in mixology or related field is a plus
