Role Overview

As a 3D Designer, you will play a critical role in bringing to life compelling visual concepts and spatial designs that align with our clients’ branding, trade, and activation goals. Working closely with the Junior 3D Art Director or equivalent, you will develop and execute high-quality 3D design work for brand marketing, on-ground activations, exhibitions, and O2O experiences. Your creativity and attention to detail will help shape the physical and digital brand presence for some of the most recognized brands locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality 3D designs for exhibitions, events, activations, retail displays, and branded environments.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging, visually appealing design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the Creative, Client Servicing, Production, and Business Development teams to ensure design feasibility, practicality, and alignment with client objectives.
• Support the creation of mood boards, spatial layouts, and 3D visualizations (renders) that effectively communicate design intent.
• Assist in presenting design concepts internally and externally with clarity and strategic justification.
• Ensure design output adheres to project timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and technology relevant to experiential and spatial design.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Support execution teams during the production and setup phases to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

We are offering a full-time position at the entry level. The job function includes Design, Art / Creative, and Information Technology in the Advertising Services industry.
