Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in HVAC or M&E project management. (Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.) Knowledge of HVAC systems, air-conditioning equipment, and building services. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage air-conditioning (HVAC) projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare technical drawings, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving during project implementation.
- Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender submissions.
