Senior Analyst, SMS (SAP MM, Ariba, Concur)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact on SMS technical issues of all end users, Group IT, SAP team, Concur and ARIBA customer support team.
• Provide L2 support to resolve any system related issues.
• Manage all assigned Incident & Service Request and deliver according to the target resolution time.
• Demonstrate self‑discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
• Perform system configuration and customization.
• Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
• Follow and actively promote SAP, Concur and ARIBA best practice usage in all solution aspects.
• Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.
• Provide training with end users in several ASPAC locations if necessary.
• Ensure successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end‑user support and communications.
• Deliver system and business process training for fast‑tracked PCR.
• Liaise with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside GASC USC – Finance to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
• Support Lead Analyst on work assignments.
