Customer Success Specialist - English (Local Malaysians)

Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia

Base pay range : MYR2,500.00 - MYR3,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and non-technical support to customers via calls, emails, or live chat.
  • Communicate fluently in Cantonese (both spoken and written).
  • Guide customers through basic device troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on device settings, functions, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates welcomed; CS experience preferred.
  • Must speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Cantonese language compulsory.
  • Can relocate to George Town area.
  • Computer literacy required.
