Responsibilities
Full Spectrum HR Management - Manage the complete range of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, payroll, and general administration.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting, interviewing, and selection to onboarding and exit management. Ensure smooth orientation and assimilation of new hires.
Payroll & Attendance Administration - Oversee and verify payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Manage attendance, leave records, staff claims, and reimbursements efficiently.
Documentation & Compliance - Maintain proper HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems. Update HR policies, Employee Handbook, and public holiday listings as needed. Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
Employee Relations - Implement HR strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment. Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations with fairness and confidentiality.
HR Advisory & Support - Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees on policies, benefits, and HR processes.
Office Administration - Support general office administration and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) - Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, maintain related documentation, and coordinate relevant initiatives.
Duties - Perform additional assignments and projects as directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act.
Responsible, meticulous and possess an excellent working attitude and high accuracy in details.
A self-starter, an initiator, independent and possessing a high degree of confidentiality.
Team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills as an added advantage.
Required Language(s)
Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or local dialect will be an added advantage.
