Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual marketing plan and strategy for the mall
Manage the marketing budget including the allocation of funds
Liaise regularly with tenants where necessary to encourage participation in mall events and promotions, as well as support for the delivery of the overall marketing strategy
Deal with all media enquiries, including crisis management situations
Create and co-ordinate public relations efforts that maintain the mall in a favourable light, create interest in the mall, promotes special events and increases exposure of tenants, builds relationships with key media
Manage the mall’s digital media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Corporate website)
Utilize market and consumer research to develop the mall’s marketing plan
Responsible for all marketing communications, including collateral produced for consumers, local community stakeholders, partners or commercial partners
Communicate with stores through regular retailer forums, to ensure retailers are fully aware of upcoming initiatives or opportunities to get involved in mall activities and are fully engaged with the available marketing support
Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value and tenant success
REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma / Degree in marketing or related field
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity
Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
Excellent communications, organizational, planning and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses
Creative thinker with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to senior management
Strong collaborative leadership style
