Business Services Associate (Company Secretarial, Finance and Payroll)

Role Description . This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced start-up business process outsourcing (BPO) firm where our business is rapidly expanding. As a Business Services Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and global partners, providing high quality corporate secretarial, finance, accounting, banking, payroll, and tax services while ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliances across multiple countries. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and advisors, working together to deliver impactful business results. To excel in this position, you should be a detail-oriented, a strong team player, and adaptable to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering end-to-end corporate secretarial, finance, accounting, banking, payroll, and tax services.
  • Monitor and manage clients’ statutory and regulatory compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, regulators, and advisors to facilitate smooth execution of corporate actions and ensure full compliance with local requirements.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures to support operational consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to all document retention, reporting and audit requirements across multiple countries.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / International Business / Business Administration / Statistic or equivalent business experience.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial / Finance / Payroll.
  • Proficient in MS Office like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.
  • Agile and adaptive in fast-paced environments by always championing high quality business services.
  • Highly motivated to succeed and passionate on continuous improvement, growth, and change.
  • Trustworthy and abide by Code of Ethics, carry out professional duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Bonus Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with strong academic performance, active participation in sports, and proven leadership in curriculum-related activities during university life.
  • Possession of an Accounting Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in additional language(s) beyond English such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean & etc.
  • Experience in professional consulting and client advisory services.
  • Exposure to multi-country functions including corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll, audit, taxation and consulting.
  • Exposure to multi-country local regulatory and statutory compliance.
