In this global role, you will learn about the Hilti business, the process from identifying the need for new sales items up until the items are displayed on the Digital Platform and can be purchased by Hilti customers. You will be part of a dynamic global team by promoting quality practices and improving business processes. Responsibilities

As the process expert for systems and processes around product information, consult, train and support the Global Marketing community with the right setup for their product data and information in preparation for product launches. Drive and support the continuous improvement of the systems based on feedback from daily interactions with users; work closely with teammates and the IT department. Drive and support projects to further improve and enhance the system landscape and process, as appropriate to your capabilities. What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience; Master’s degree is a plus Ability for interdisciplinary teamwork and project management capabilities End-to-end perspective (planning, implementing, maintaining, continuous improvement, and documentation) Good analytical skills and affinity for IT systems; experience with ERP and PIM systems is a plus Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus What we offer
