Role Description

As an Automotive Sales Trainee, you’ll embark on a structured learning journey to become a successful sales professional in the automotive industry. Based in Bandar Klang, this hybrid role offers exposure to both showroom operations and remote customer engagement. You’ll be mentored by experienced sales professionals and gradually take on responsibilities such as :

• Assisting customers in understanding vehicle options and features
• Supporting test drive arrangements and showroom presentations
• Learning sales techniques and negotiation strategies
• Participating in insurance and financing discussions
• Preparing basic sales documentation and reports
• Meeting training milestones and performance goals
