Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing timely support and high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients in the Japan market.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and ongoing coaching from the Japanese team.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback to the management team on client trends and needs.
  • Regular business travel to Japan or other overseas markets may be required.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above); English proficiency is also required.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management is an advantage.
  • Candidates with experience living or studying in Japan are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willing and able to travel for business assignments when needed.

  • 工作内容包括 :

  • 作为日本客户的主要联络人,及时处理客户咨询、订单及售后问题;
  • 维护并发展现有客户关系,积极拓展新的业务机会;
  • 根据客户需求,推荐合适的产品或服务方案;
  • 与公司内部各部门(市场、运营、物流等)协调,确保订单流程顺畅、客户满意;
  • 参与销售会议及产品培训,并接受来自日本团队的一对一专业指导;
  • 跟进客户投诉、反馈并妥善处理,确保客户满意度;
  • 进行市场调研,收集日本市场反馈,为公司提出优化建议;
  • 需配合公司安排,出差至日本或其他海外市场。
  • 职位要求 :

  • 日语听说读写流利(JLPT N2 以上),同时具备良好的英语沟通能力;
  • 拥有销售、客户服务或业务拓展经验者优先;
  • 曾在日本留学或有日本工作 / 生活经验者优先考虑;
  • 具备良好沟通能力、应变能力和服务意识;
  • 有强烈的责任感和进取心,愿意在多元文化环境中学习与成长;
  • 能接受频繁或长期出差(包括前往日本)。
