Job Summary :

Our Production team needs a Production Quality Engineer to collect quality metrics, implement design feedback for manufacturing, manage product quality improvements, and support post-sales product quality and customer satisfaction. The engineer will focus on quality functions across the supply chain, incoming quality, in-house manufacturing, and product reliability and performance. The role involves working with senior management to establish quality-focused teams, enforce standard quality practices, and oversee global operations across multiple sites and departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage quality issue analysis and FA reports from a quality perspective.
• Engage with teams and suppliers to improve quality.
• Create and analyze quality data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality.
• Oversee product quality at field sites and coordinate with the global quality team for feedback and improvements.
• Create and maintain standard procedures.
