Overview

We are seeking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities and events, managing social media, developing engaging product content, overseeing influencer collaborations, and conducting market research to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth by developing and executing TikTok marketing activities that enhance awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Plan and execute diverse marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and offline promotional activities.
• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Rednote, and Facebook, ensuring consistent, engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Develop engaging and localized product content that reflects current beauty trends and highlights key product characteristics.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to ensure influencer content is engaging, widely shared, and contributes to sales growth.
• Conduct and analyze sales data to identify industry trends and consumer behaviour, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Provide support for any additional ad-hoc task that support marketing and branding initiatives as required by the superior.
