Key Responsibilities :

Teaching & Learning :

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in business-related subjects such as economics, entrepreneurship, finance, and business strategy.

Develop and update course materials, assessments, and learning resources.

Use modern pedagogical techniques including case studies, simulations, and blended learning.

Mentor and support students academically.

Research & Publication :

Conduct high-quality research in relevant areas of business and economics.

Publish in indexed journals, present at academic conferences, and participate in collaborative research.

Seek research grants and external funding.

Academic Leadership & Supervision :

Supervise final-year projects, postgraduate dissertations, and PhD theses.

Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to peer development.

Participate in curriculum design and quality assurance initiatives.

Industry & Community Engagement :

Build partnerships with industry players, government bodies, and NGOs.

Organise and participate in public lectures, business forums, or consultancies.
