Acting as the main coordinator among engineering, product, design, and business teams. Job Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery — Plan, execute, and oversee digital and software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams — Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, UX / UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting — Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Resource & Budget Management — Allocate resources effectively, manage vendor relationships, and track project budgets to ensure optimal use of time and costs.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance — Oversee QA processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management — Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, roadmaps, sprint reports, and post-mortems for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Support Digital Strategy Execution — Collaborate with leadership to align project outcomes with broader digital transformation and innovation strategies.
- Promote Continuous Improvement — Analyse project performance and team feedback to refine workflows, tools, and methodologies for future projects.
Job Requirements
Education — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Digital Media, Business Information Systems, or related technical field.Experience — Minimum 4–6 years of Project Management; hands-on experience managing digital or software development projects within the technology sector; web and mobile application development; API integrations and platform enhancements; enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM).Digital Technologies & Platforms — Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.Project Management Tools — Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills — Ability to assess project risks, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions under pressure; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
