Job Overview

Acting as the main coordinator among engineering, product, design, and business teams. Their responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, employing agile and modern project management methodologies. Job Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery — Plan, execute, and oversee digital and software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage Cross-Functional Teams — Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, UX / UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting — Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Resource & Budget Management — Allocate resources effectively, manage vendor relationships, and track project budgets to ensure optimal use of time and costs.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance — Oversee QA processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management — Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, roadmaps, sprint reports, and post-mortems for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Support Digital Strategy Execution — Collaborate with leadership to align project outcomes with broader digital transformation and innovation strategies.
• Promote Continuous Improvement — Analyse project performance and team feedback to refine workflows, tools, and methodologies for future projects.
