Job Description

• Sourcing, negotiating, evaluate & select vendors for IT Procurement in compliance with company SOP.
• Monitor, analyze and control overall costing to ensure expenses do not exceed budget and avoid duplicate request by user department.
• To ensure all the documentations are in order, accurate and updated.
• Ensure all invoices and deliveries / works are verified as per requirement.
• Proactive in sourcing new reliable vendor, alternative and new product as well as evaluate existing or reliable vendor in terms of consistency of quality product, on time deliveries, after sales services, technical support and competitive pricing.
• Handle all spectrum of procurement activities likes tendering, supplier selections, resources or purchasing planning, price reviewing, cost saving activities and etc.
• Any new or ad-hoc task to be assigned by the superior.
