Penerangan pekerjaanSupplier Quality Audit, Customer or internal complaints on part quality issues and project management Knowledge of MSA, SPC, FMEA and GD & T Review and analyze supplier SCAR and 8D methodology and root cause corrective action effectiveness Drive the supplier technical application and development of failure analysis with customer Outsourcing Supplier Quality Management Incoming Quality Inspection, MRB and Control of Nonconforming parts process Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Social Management requirements Failure Analysis skill of understanding : SEM EDX, FTIR, GCMS, CSAM, Curve Tracing analysis, Cross section and etc.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field
- Candidate must at least Post Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering
