Overview
Es el gerente responsable de los procesos de ventas, pre-venta, arquitectura, integración, implementación, soporte y operación de las soluciones asociadas a su torre de servicios.
Responsibilities
- Es responsable de desarrollar y aplicar metodologías y lineamientos para el grupo de servicios de su torre, velar por la adecuada implementación de los proyectos a su cargo, en coordinación con los grupos involucrados (Transition Services).
- Dimensionar adecuadamente cada oportunidad de venta de su torre basado en : potencial de negocio, análisis del riesgo, alcance, rentabilidad, cumplimiento de expectativas, cumplimiento de Acuerdos de Servicio (SLAs), etc.
- Brindar apoyo a las organizaciones locales de ventas de los países para el adecuado desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio asociadas a su portafolio servicios de su torre.
