Role Responsibilities :

  • Meeting with clients to establish strong working business relationship.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products that the company carries.
  • Establishing new leads and convert into new business.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and leads.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers when product presentation is concern.
  • Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings with clients, preparing presentations / proposals, updating sales kit and updating monthly sales report.
  • Attending industry exhibitions, conferences and events.
  • Negotiating business contract or commercial terms
  • Work closely with Product Support Team on the preparation and documentation of Contract / Invoice / DO / PO / Quotation.
  • Working towards sales targets.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent or (combination of relevant work experience & course work).
  • Experience in the gaming industry will be an added advantage to take up more senior role.
  • Language Proficiency : Excellent communication skills with English in both written and verbal. Mandarin or additional language will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with more than 2 years of experience in sales / key account executive, customer service / client support role or a sales support role.
  • Technical Competencies and Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiar with sales report, sales forecast and sales presentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Good to have / Others

  • Experience in other applications like Ariba or SalesForce.
  • Experience in project sales and project management.
