Accounts & Admin Executive

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Accounts & Admin Executive to join our growing team at M&M Militzer & Muench Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of the company, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Performing bank reconciliations and managing petty cash
• Providing administrative support, including managing office supplies, correspondence, and data entry
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
