Overview
Product & Supply Chain Executive (F&B)
Responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain of an F&B business — from sourcing raw ingredients and packaging, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating fulfillment to outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for coffee beans, dairy, bakery items, packaging, and café consumables.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and pricing.
- Source new products and materials to support menu innovation.
Terms & Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.Benchmark costs across suppliers to secure the most competitive deals.Establish long-term agreements for key raw materials (milk, beans, etc.).Purchasing
Manage purchase orders for ingredients, packaging, and equipment.Ensure timely replenishment of critical items.Coordinate with finance for invoice validation and payments.Stock & Inventory Control
Monitor inventory levels at central storage and outlets.Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize wastage.Conduct monthly stock counts and variance reporting.Track usage trends and forecast demand based on sales data.Fulfillment & Logistics
Oversee delivery schedules from suppliers to central kitchen and outlets.Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient and timely fulfillment.Ensure outlets receive the right products, on time, in the right quantity.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.3+ years of experience in F&B supply chain or purchasing.Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.Knowledge of F&B raw materials and packaging is a plus.Detail-oriented, analytical, and good with numbers.Familiar with inventory systems (POS / ERP preferred).Salary
