Senior Interior Designer

Salary : SGD60,000.00 - SGD130,000.00
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end design process from space planning, conceptual design, detailed drawings, presentation materials, through to project completion and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Fit‐Out, QS, Procurement, and Space Management, ensuring project requirements and design standards are fully met.
- Prepare tender drawings and documentation in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the superior, ensuring all projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Attend site meetings and inspections when required to oversee design execution and resolve on‑site issues.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, maintaining accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.Proficient in design and technical software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong ability in hand‑sketching for quick concept visualization.Good knowledge of space planning, conceptual design, detailed drawings, and tender documentation.Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams such as Real Estate, Fit‑Out, QS, Procurement, and contractors.Strong time management and reporting skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem‑solving skills.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Seniority level
