Key Responsibility

End-to-End Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll for assigned entities / countries in compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and timelines.

Statutory Compliance & Reporting

Employee Data & System Updates

Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Support

Stakeholder Collaboration

Salary Range : MYR 5,000 to MYR 8,000

Requirements

Education : Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business.

Experience : 3–7 years in payroll processing, preferably in a Shared Services or MNC environment.

Systems : Experience with payroll systems (e.g. ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors).

Knowledge : Familiar with local payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory deductions.

Language :  English (Mandarin / Japanese / Korean will be added advantage)

Requirements

Minimum 3- 7 years experience in HR shared services doing payroll Fluent in English ( Mandarin / Japanese / Korean are added advantage)
