UI / UX Developer

Job Summary

Our company is seeking a talented UI / UX Developer to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas UI Design : Design engaging and functional user interfaces, ensuring consistency across all platforms and adherence to brand guidelines UX Strategy : Contribute to the overall UX strategy and product roadmap, translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests to identify and address user experience issues Design System Management : Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive Qualifications

Proven Experience & Portfolio : Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects Design Tools Expertise : Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite) UI / UX Principles : In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices Information Architecture : Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design Problem-Solving & Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Front End Development : Ability to perform Frontend Development in VueJS / ReactJS / React Native / Flutter is an added advantage What We Offer
