About the Role
We\'re looking for two experienced Senior Product Analysts to join our team, one with a focus on health industry products and another on IT security compliance products. You\'ll be instrumental in shaping the product experience by bridging the gap between data analytics, user experience (UX), and product design. You\'ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver data-informed insights that drive product strategy and improve user satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Insights :
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior using tools like SQL, Python / R, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for product teams and stakeholders.
- Design, execute, and analyze A / B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Partner with UIUX designers to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features and product iterations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform design decisions, usability improvements, and user flow optimization.
- Analyze user feedback, surveys, and usability test results to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying market trends, user needs, and business opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor product health and performance.
- Support product managers in prioritizing features based on a clear understanding of user value and business impact.
Qualifications :
Experience : min. 5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.Proven experience working directly with UX, product design, and engineering teams.A strong portfolio or a body of work demonstrating the ability to use data to influence product and design decisions.Familiarity with web and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.A deep passion for user-centered design and a curiosity about how users interact with products.Required Skills :
